General Info
For an order on the internet at Arabian Plates, MIMO Werbung, Monika Bäter-Moosburner (hereinafter referred to as "Arabian Plates") at www.arabian-plates.com, the following terms and conditions apply in their version valid at the time of the order. Arabian Plates do not recognize deviating terms and conditions of the customer.

Conclusion of the Contract
You can select items from the assortment of the online shop of Arabian Plates and collect them via the button "Add to cart" in a shopping cart. By placing an order by clicking on the button "order now", you submit a binding offer for the purchase of the goods collected in the cart. Before sending the order, you can change and view the data at any time.

After receipt of the order, we will send you an automatic e-mail confirming the receipt of the order and listing the details of the order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer, but only informs that we have received the order.

The purchase contract is only concluded by the delivery confirmation sent to you by separate e-mail. If, due to no fault of our own, we are not in a position to deliver the ordered items, e.g. because suppliers do not meet their contractual obligations to us and / or in a timely manner, we are not obliged to deliver and can refuse acceptance. Then the contract has not been concluded. We will inform you immediately about the non-conclusion of the contract, as well as about the non-delivery and possibly refund already made payments to you.

If the information on the range of goods (e.g. price, etc.) in the online shop despite careful examination by us once be wrong, we declare by sending the items, stating the correct information, no acceptance, but a new offer, about whose acceptance you can decide freely.

The contract is concluded in German. German law applies excluding the UN sales law.
Personalized Products
You have the opportunity to purchase personalized products in our online shop. By placing a personalized order, you warrant that the execution of the order will not violate any third party rights and existing legal provisions. In addition, by placing an order, you assure us that you have all necessary rights to the content of the individual design. Accordingly, you bear any responsibility for the content and legal admissibility of the individual designs submitted in the context of these orders and release us and our service providers from claims by third parties.
Terms of Payment
All prices are in Euro, include VAT and are plus shipping costs. In each case, the price applies at the time of the order.

Payment is by prepayment (bank transfer), PayPal, or voucher. When paying with a voucher, the value will be deducted from the voucher upon completion of the order. The cash payment of a voucher or its residual value is excluded. Payment by sending cash or checks is not possible. For more information, see Shipping and Payment.
Production Time
After we successful received the payment, the articles of Arabian Plates are made for you by hand. Depending on customization and production effort, the production time is one to three weeks. If you need your article faster, please contact us in advance! We strive to handle express orders separately.
Shipping
After successful receipt of the money at Arabian Plates and completion of the products, the dispatch takes place by our shipping partners DHL or UPS. The service of delivery without signature to your private address within Germany takes 2 to 3 working days. Once your items have gone to shipping, we will send you a tracking code by e-mail on request, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment at any time.

The ordered goods will be shipped well protected at your risk and cost. The shipping costs include loading and packaging fees and postage costs. The loading charges are fixed and the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We can not combine two different orders, as the shipping costs for each order will be calculated separately.

IMPORTANT: In principle, we deliver our products worldwide. Since the shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries partly differ strongly, we are unfortunately not able to calculate the costs for each country and package weight for the online ordering process. Please note that online orders will only be delivered to a package weight of 10kg and only within Germany and the EU. If the items to be ordered have a total weight of more than 10kg and/or you would like to ship them to another country, contact us directly! We then clarify the ordering and shipping options individually.
Revocation Terms
1. Right of Withdrawal
  You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
  
  In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us, Arabian Plates, Monika Bäter-Moosburner, Straßweb 1, D-94436 Ruhstorf / Simbach, Germany, Fax: +49 (0) 99 54 - 700 85 55, e-mail: info[at]mimo-werbung.de, by means of a clear statement (such as a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the model withdrawal form shown below, which is not required.
  
  In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
2. Exclusion / Expiry of the right of Withdrawal
  A right of withdrawal according to § 312g par. 2 BGB and furthermore does not exist in contracts for the supply of products which are not prefabricated and for their production an individual selection by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly customized to the personal needs of the consumer (individualization of articles).
  
  The right of revocation expires prematurely in contracts for the delivery of sealed goods, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
  
  If you are an entrepreneur, ie in the exercise of an independent or commercial activity, you are not entitled to the right of withdrawal.
3. Consequences of the Cancellation
  If you withdraw from this contract, we have to repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we will use the same way of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may refuse to repay you until we have received the articles back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods to us, whichever is the earlier.
  
  You must return the items to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.
  
  You bear the immediate costs (way to the post office) of returning the articles.
  
  You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

Return Shipment
Since non-free consignments are associated with high, additional costs, please frank your return. We will refund the shipping costs immediately. Send returned items back within fourteen days to:

We kindly ask you to list sent, complained articles so that they can be checked and edited separately. Please understand that the processing of your return may take several days.
Warranty
We stand for the highest quality of our products. Nevertheless, we ask you to adjust the delivered goods immediately with your order and check. If you notice any obvious defects such as damage, breakage or shortages, please contact us immediately.

For all items from our online shop there are statutory warranty rights. However, personalized articles are only defective if they show transport damage, or the content of the text does not correspond to the individualization you requested. A defect due to different color, light and / or sharpness ratios of incorporated images / logos is excluded, as these are related to the quality of the image material sent to us.
Guarantee Service
Each article is custom made for you by hand, using the best materials. We attach great importance to the careful, high-quality production. We at Arabian Plates therefore grant a two-year guarantee on each item from the date of purchase. The guarantee takes in material and workmanship defects, not for improper use or damages caused by improper care. Dirt on the item does not constitute a guarantee claim. Should any defects in your item occur within two years, please contact us.
Reservation of Proprietary Rights
The goods remain the property of Arabian Plates until full payment.
Privacy
Information on the nature, extent and purpose of the collection and storage of the personal data required for the execution of the purchase contract by Arabian Plates can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
1. Arabian Plates is fully liable for intent and warranty.
2. In the event of gross negligence, Arabian Plates shall be liable to consumers without restriction and to entrepreneurs in the amount of the typical damage foreseeable upon conclusion of the contract.
3. The liability for simple negligence is excluded. In the case of a breach of an essential contractual obligation, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the compliance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (so-called cardinal duty, e.g. delivery of the ordered goods), Arabian Plates shall be liable to the amount of typically foreseeable damage at the time of conclusion of the contract.
4. Insofar as the liability of Arabian Plates is excluded or limited this also applies to the personal liability of employees, representatives and vicarious agents of Arabian Plates.
5. For damages resulting from injury to life, body or health and for claims under the Product Liability Act, the statutory provisions apply.
